We're halfway through this blending series already! I'll have 4 more color combinations on their way, but today we are learning how to create an Autumn Leaves blend. This is probably one of my favorite combinations. I love the fall look to the lettering!
Let's get to the blending. For this combination you'll need the following:
Tombow Dual Brush Pens 879 Brown, 947 Burnt Sienna, and 946 Gold Ochre, and a sheet of Mixed Media Paper.
Letter out your word using 946 Gold Ochre. This is your lightest color, which will be your base. I'm using the letter U as an example.
Using 947 Burnt Sienna, color in the top part of your letter. Then using Gold Ochre, pull the darker color all the way down to the bottom.
Using 879 Brown, add color to the very top of your letters. Then using Burnt Sienna, pull it down to blend into the letter.
There you have it! Easy peasy! You just created an Autumn Leaves blend!
